QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Eteration is searching for professionals to work in its Project Office team. We support and strengthen our customers in all phases that include consultation, design, development, testing, implementation, and training courses that are followed by operations in daily business with custom-made software solutions.

The project manager is responsible for carrying out the careful coordination of project planning, skillfully navigating through project phases, ensuring careful monitoring of project performance, and encouraging efficient interaction between stakeholders. The project manager will be responsible for closely monitoring project progress and managing the project life cycle using Agile frameworks and PMI (Project Management Institute) guidelines. Specifically, the project manager will perform risk assessment, define project plans and set up the project organization, keep project status reports up-to date, and mandatory meetings must be skillfully facilitated during the project and pre-sales stages. The project manager will take part and actively participate in the project evaluation processes and in the end-to-end planning of the project from the planning stage to the closing stage. The Project Manager assumes a pivotal role as the linchpin between clients, stakeholders, and the solution team, orchestrating seamless collaboration and communication to ensure project success.

Technical Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of project management, business analysis and/or product owner experience.
• Experience in project planning and product/project roadmap management.
• PMI-CAPM Certificate is a plus.
• Utilization of project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Application of Project Management Processes, Methodologies and Standards such as PMBOK and Agile Extension.
• Able to provide information and reports to users regarding the outcomes and potential state of metrics pertaining to baseline, cost, time-related actual value, ongoing work, and completed work.
• Responsible for the management and guidance of allotted resources with the planning, directing, and controlling of the project in order to best accomplish its objectives.
• Able to manage change.
• Experience in risk management.
• Superior verbal and written communications.
• Superior analytical, problem solving, decision making skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in business processes management, SOA, databases, portals and web technologies are important assets.
• Experience in the interpretation of business rules and requirements for technical systems.
• Knowledge of object-oriented software development analysis and modeling.
• Knowledge of software development and/or project life cycle and methodologies.

Other Qualifications:

• University degree in Management Information Science, Computer Science or Software / Computer Engineering; other disciplines must demonstrate strong IT experience from a recognized institution.
• Fluency in English (Must be able to operate in an all-English work environment).
• Strong communication skills and a team player.

• Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
• Able to develop creative, breakthrough approaches and solutions to complex problems.
